Origins

This site was originally called Art/Craft but in 2026 I renamed it A Maker's Path which feels a lot more appropriate. A path has:

• places you've already walked (heritage)

• places you're currently exploring (current projects)

• side paths (experiments)

• crossroads (new interests)

• companions (family and friends)

• traces of previous travellers (influences)

• no implication that there is a final destination.

The Art/Craft debate is handled in its own section.
