Kate's Father

Our friend Kate carried around this photo of her father until the day she died but the print was in a terrible state. It was an interesting restoration using GIMP, particularly the top of the head. In the edited copy it is difficult to see where most of the repairs had been and given that the resolution of the original print was very good, the resultant scan and repair allowed me to print a larger copy and have it framed.  Kate was delighted.
